Ring a ring o roses and Pirates!

Maple children have been busy making their Daddy’s presents and cards for Father’s Day.  The children decided they would like to make a badge, a big badge for their Daddy to wear.  They chose the colours and the words they wanted on their Dad’s badge.

Maple children also continued learning Ring a ring o roses, quite a few children knew different second verses.

Again the weather has been lovely so we have been spending a lot of time outside especially on the bikes and scooters.  The children are becoming very daring and trying different sized bikes, some with three wheels, some scooters and some with stabilisers.

Elm children have been reading about pirates that love underpants.  They have designed their own underpants and made an ‘old’ treasure map.  
 

The children really enjoyed finding coins in the sand and started making repeating patterns.

Elm children have also been busy making their Father’s Day cards.
