Arriving at School
Children in Reception enter the building by the courtyard entrance to the left of the main building.
Children in Years 1 to 6 enter by the side gate to the right of the main building.
Parents of children in the Reception class may take their children to the classroom door. Older children should be left at the gate.
Children may arrive at school between 8.40 and 8.50a.m. and should go straight to their classroom. Registers are taken at 8.50a.m. Children arriving after 8.50a.m. should enter school via the front office where their arrival will be noted in the Late Book. Children arriving after 9.20a.m. without an acceptable reason will receive an unauthorised late mark in the register. Parents are requested not to enter the building by the pupils’ entrances but if you need to come into school please ask at the front office. Security locks are in operation for the safety of the children between 8.55a.m. and 3.20p.m.
