St Francis of Assissi is our class saint and in RE this week, we have been learning about him, his life and that he is the patrol saint of birds and animals. We then made collage of animal pictures we created using stencils and felt tip pens.
In PE, we have been practicing our balancing skills and thinking about the way we travel safely, forwards and backwards on the apparatus. We have also been rolling and jumping on the mats. This helps the children learn to take risks safely and build those gross motor skills.
