W/C: 2nd February

Holly class have joined in with the rest of the school's 'poetry week'.  During the course of the week, children explored a few different poems all based on the theme of 'space' to match with our topic.  They even had a go at writing their own acrostic poems, based on the word 'SPACE', meaning that each line took turns to start with the letters s,p,a,c and e.  They were great at thinking of different words starting with these sounds, although to always keep them 'space-themed' was quite tricky!
