Grab an old cardboard box and a colander from the kitchen and you too can become little bear in Jill Murphy's story 'Whatever next?  This is exactly what Elm children were doing this week, letting their imaginations go wild. They had space gloop to explore and a variety of different sized moon rocks to weigh. They soon realised that the biggest are not necesarily the heaviest!  
We experimented with different types/thicknesses of paper to see which absorbed water and which repelled it.

In forest school, Holly and Elm classes enjoyed hunting for bugs, making mud pictures, building shelters and digging.
