 I have worked in education at every level from early years to universities and moved up from London to Malvern with my husband twenty years ago to become principal at what is now known as Newman University in Birmingham. I am a parishioner at St Joseph’s Church. I really enjoy being a governor at this very friendly school.

Co-Vice ChairI am a St Joseph’s parishioner and was a schoolteacher, mainly in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, for over 22 years. I now teach at the University of Worcester, specialising in the area of special educational needs and disability.

I am originally from Staffordshire and I was ordained in 1966 fro the archdiocese of Birmingham. i have had a great many jobs as a priest and I have been in Malvern for twelve years. I have been governor and chaplain to the school since 2004.

I have three children in the school, the eldest is in year six. I have been involved in the school for a long time, both as a parent and as a pupil there myself. I am often in school helping where I can and believe that St Joseph’s is a lovely caring environment.

I have lived in St Joseph’s parish for the pas 40 years with my husband and family. During that time I have been closely involved in parish life and with St Joseph’s School as a parent, teacher and now grandparent and governor.

Originally from Wales, I have lived in Malvern for over 8 years with my wife and three children, who all attend St Joseph’s. I am a Sales Director for a multinational company and parishioner at St Joseph’s Catholic Church.

I am a parishioner at St Joseph’s and have been a governor since 2014. I am very interested in helping the school reach its full potential. I enjoy reading, gardening and visiting family and friends.

I have lived in St Joseph’s Parish for 31 years and have just retired from teaching. I taught Science at St Mary’s RC High School, Hereford for 25 years and was Deputy / Headteacher at St Joseph’s R.C. Primary School Ross- on Wye for the last 6 years. I hope to bring my experience to support the school in education your children.

Mr Murr

I am husband to Lucia; father to Gabriella, Clara and Ezequiel; and a follower of God by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus. We have been living in Malvern since December 2015 having moved from London. I work as a Yodel courier and in administration at Eden Church.

I am a St Joseph’s parishioner and involved in many aspects of parish life. I am an insurance professional and bring my business knowledge and Catholic ethos together to challenge, help, stimulate and provide accountability to the way the school works. I am married with two children.

I have lived in the parish of St Joseph’s all my life. I am a Teaching assistant at the school supporting children in many different classes. I also help run the Breakfast club, which is an enjoyable start to the day. I feel privileged to be the elected staff governor.
